Possible Reasons Why MTN Changed Recharge Card Loading Pattern, Reduced Card PIN

MTN Nigeria has changed the loading pattern on its recharge cards across Nigeria.
The latest MTN card now has 10 digit recharge PIN and new loading code *3551*10 digit pin#, against *555*PIN#.
The new development, Techplace24.com believes that below issues might be the reason;
1. To reduce Recharge card hacking and other recharge card fraudulent activities.
2. Other telecom providers might be using the same loading pattern (i.e, *555*PIN#)
3. A new upgrade or change of system might have warranted the new development.
4. Change of partnership deal with recharge card producers.
